Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
TEA
We do not accept returns for any purchases of tea, regardless if the package is used or unused. However, if your tea order arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement tea order.
MERCHANDISE and EQUIPMENT
We will accept returns for any unused merchandise (including clothing) and equipment for 14 days after the day you received your order. In addition, we will accept returns for defective or damaged merchandise and equipment for 14 days after the date in which you received your order.
REQUESTING A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at 0000@rootsandcraft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To request a return, please send an email to info@rootsandcraft.com with the following information:
your order number;
whether or not the package was opened;
whether you want to exchange the item or request a refund;
the reason for your return or exchange; and
If the reason for the return is due to damage or defectiveness upon arrival, pictures of the box the item arrived in, how it was packaged, and the product.
DAMAGES and ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
